Vivek believes that data has the power to transform lives. His focus has been on using AI, NLP, and predictive analytics to help solve real-life problems using technology over the last two decades. In the past, he has worked for some of the top healthcare organizations around the world on a variety of initiatives, from developing solutions to integrating technologies to establishing platforms to manage big data.
Data drives the life sciences and healthcare industries. The increasing complexity and volume of data has led to multiple opportunities and challenges. This enormous amount of data can be used for drug development and improved health outcomes, but most of it remains untapped.
Vivek believes that both data and technology can and should be harnessed to improve the lives of people and bring about real social change. In 2016, he decided to switch gears and became an entrepreneur and founded Datafoundry with the mission of bringing the power of automation to these sectors. By providing life sciences and healthcare companies with best-in-class Artificial Intelligence, APIs, and Digital Platforms, he aims to empower them to mine the untapped data and derive meaningful insights.
