About me
Vijay Kumar is an experienced CEO and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in building and leading high-performing teams. As the co-founder and CEO of InApp, a software development company with offices in the US, Japan, and India, Vijay has been instrumental in aligning strategy, people, and technology to drive sustainable growth. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Management, Vijay brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his role.
Throughout his career, Vijay has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and has been actively involved in both professional and community organisations. He has served on the National Board of Round Table India, is currently a member of the National SME Council and in the Governing council of the Nasscom Sector Skills Council.
In his free time, Vijay is dedicated to giving back to the community and has served as the Hon. Consular Warden for the British Deputy High Commission in Chennai; the Convenor for the panel of IT for CII Kerala State Council; and the Founding Chair of Young Indians in Trivandrum. With his passion for leadership and education, Vijay is committed to making a positive impact in all of his endeavours.
