Sriram Subramanya is the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of
Integra Software Services (
www.integranxt.com) headquartered in Pondicherry. Integra is a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU), and the company has grown from 5 employees to over 2,300 employees today, with offices in 4 cities across 3 countries. Fifty percent of Integra’s employees are women.
Sriram started the
Sriram Charitable Trust 17 years ago, benefiting thousands of needy and underprivileged people in society (

Sriram has
two family-run schools in Maduranthakam, which are 140 years old, and the students come from underprivileged families. The student strength comes to nearly 1,200 (

Sriram has started his own
organic farm and has created
eleven ponds in his organic farm, which can store up to
33 million liters of water, along with
Integra’s Private Forest. Sriram contributed to the
planting of 20,000 trees under the Green Kalam program of ex-President Dr. Abdul Kalam, in and around Pondicherry and Cuddalore, and has also planted close to 13,000 trees in the Integra Private Forest, totaling about
33,000 trees planted (

Currently, Sriram serves as a NASSCOM Executive Council Member and the Chairman of the NASSCOM National SME Council. He is a Finance & Audit Committee Member of NASSCOM and also a Board Member of NASSCOM Foundation, which is a not-for-profit entity representing the tech industry.
Sriram is a Member of the CII Southern Regional Council. He had also been the Chairman of the ‘Start-up Forum’ of CII Southern Region for 4 years, and, Past Chairman of CII Puducherry State Council.
Sriram is the President of TiE Chennai (The Indus Entrepreneurs, Chennai chapter). He is a Trustee of Sri Ramakrishna Tapovanam, Thiruparaithurai, running 57 plus schools and 4 colleges.
He is also an
Angel Investor and has invested in many start-ups.
Sriram has
co-authored "The Manual for Indian Start-ups" with valuable advice for budding Indian entrepreneurs for the initial years of their start-ups.
