Smiti is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Advantage Club. She is a Computer Science graduate from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), post which she started working at Microsoft in the US. With her strong set of experience in B2B relationship building, Smiti is set to disrupt the employee experience industry with Advantage Club.
