About me
Nitin Agrawal serves as the Head of Architecture for the Technology and Digital group at Xceedance. In this pivotal role, he leads all technology initiatives, solutioning, cloud adoption, consulting, and formulates the enterprise landscape. His thought leadership extends to both carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs) in Property and Casualty (P&C) and Specialty insurance across various geographies.
With over 23+ years of IT experience, Nitin brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His exposure to Property and Casualty insurance and Financial Services industries has been significant. Nitin’s technical expertise spans Microsoft Technologies, AWS, Azure, Cloud-native solutions, Microservices, Core Platforms, DevOps, and presales. His focus on digital transformation has been instrumental in driving innovation.
Before joining Xceedance, Nitin held various roles in organizations such as Coforge, Pitney Bowes, Steria, Xansa, and CDAC. He has worked on large-scale projects and programs related to digital initiatives and product development.
Nitin holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is currently pursuing his master’s in business administration with a focus on FinTech, including concentrations in Finance, Insurtech, and technology. He is also a certified professional in Enterprise Architecture Framework (TOGAF), multiple cloud platforms, agile methodologies, and project management.
Outside of work, Nitin enjoys spending time with family and friends. His interests include traveling, cooking, and playing badminton.
