Deepak brings more than 24+ years of experience in Technology, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation and Product Development cutting across various business verticals.
His responsibilities include leading the technical engineering, integration, application development and delivery of GenAI led solutions and cloud computing. He comes with strong domain knowledge in Insurance and has worked across the globe with major insurance carriers, distributors and brokers. He has extensively worked with a global broker transforming end-to-end H&B business process by applying workflow, XTrakto.AITM and other process reengineering levers. The H&B transformation delivered reduction in client onboarding time from ~16 to ~4-6 weeks with ~40% efficiency savings.
Deepak is a Masters in Computer Application from Gurukula Kangri University, has completed Senior Management Programme in Business Analytics from Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta and is a certified CMMi 5 appraisal team member. He, in his previous roles, has been responsible for heading the professional services & delivery for all the leading carriers & distributors in Americas. He also has been responsible in delivering large enterprise underwriting, broker and exchange platforms in Americas, Australia, New Zealand and England.
