With the dynamically changing industry landscape from knowledge alone to ASK (Attitude, Skills, and Knowledge) the daunting demand for strong foundational basics, communication, and general awareness has become the denominator for the assessment of the talent pool. The progress of candidates on the competency meter helps us know the lacunas and design the way forward.
Upon reverse engineering and micro analysis, reinstating the basics, and upheaving expression along with the current affairs, tools are developed to intrinsically engage the learner and to gauge one’s shortcomings and plan resolves in real-time. Using high-end algorithms to categorize students based on skills and performances in various assessments, a recommendation engine is developed. Leading to Education 5.0, applications, methods, tools, and systems are developed to map the competencies with job descriptions and vice versa to validate the truthfulness of the proficiency claimed and to plan the inputs for the deficits.
